Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Nurse to join our team at King's College Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert clinical leadership and guidance in the field of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Expertise: Offer specialized knowledge and support to patients and their families in the field of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
  • Professional Development: Promote continuous learning and growth within the team, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create relevant policies and patient information materials that support standardized care across the care group.
  • Education and Training: Deliver educational sessions at the Kings Academy, national and international courses, and provide informal on-the-job training.
  • Research Participation: Contribute to research projects within the care group and specialty.
Requirements
  • Recognized Teaching Qualification
  • NMC Registration
  • Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification
  • MSc or working towards
  • Experience of working in partnership with multi-disciplinary team
  • Evidence of ability to compile reports and documents for internal / external communication
