Key Responsibilities

The Head of Safeguarding and Customer Experience will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing safeguarding responsibilities and promoting good practice
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Working closely with the Executive and senior management team to deliver excellent duty of care
  • Managing small teams and possessing strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Being digitally literate and having excellent interagency skills and values-led approach

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to promote good practice. They will also be able to provide coaching and training to improve management skills in managing and preventing safeguarding.
