Retail Sales Professional Wanted

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and product awareness for Sherwin-Williams products in assigned B&Q stores across the South East region.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish strong relationships with store staff, management, and customers
  2. Deliver product knowledge training sessions for B&Q Store teams, covering features, benefits, and selling techniques
  3. Promote the brand and its products to store teams and consumers
  4. Identify opportunities for improved service and upselling at the store level
  5. Maintain store signage, displays, and product materials
  6. Use our CRM system to record sales calls and store visits
  7. Organize promotional events to boost sales
  8. Ensure successful in-store activities and business operations across all locations
Essential Qualifications:
  • Background in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Merchandising
  • Coaching and mentoring experience
  • Retail experience
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays
