Sales Performance Consultant

As a Sales Performance Consultant, you will work closely with store teams and consumers to maximize sales potential and drive growth across assigned B&Q stores in the South East region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, build strong relationships, and promote our brand and products.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. Your main tasks will include:
- Establishing strong selling relationships with store teams and consumers
- Conducting product knowledge training sessions for B&Q Store teams
- Promoting and representing our brand and product strengths to store teams and consumers
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, uncapped sales bonus scheme (on target at 10%), hybrid company car, lunch allowance, and a company contributed pension.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or merchandising
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
- Retail experience
- A valid driver's license
