About the Opportunity

Webexpenses is seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and business expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

This role will involve managing the sales process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales planning, optimizing processes, and team leadership.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted channels.
  • Implementing and tracking key sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and managing reporting systems for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Setting team objectives and ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team to drive high performance.

Candidates will have a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, experience in a SaaS business, and the ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate, and think on their feet.
