Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Lettings Business Development professional to join our team in Witney. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business strategies, and maintaining existing relationships with landlords and tenants.

You will need to have a strong understanding of the lettings process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in managing staff.

ARLA qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential. You will be well-spoken, well-presented, and able to motivate and lead by example.

Salary: £25k - £30k basic salary, plus £35k - £40k OTE depending on performance.
