Job Description

This is a thriving opportunity for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a reputable estate agency in Witney. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage lettings valuations, anticipate business needs, and cultivate lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders.

  • Drive revenue growth through new and innovative strategies
  • Attend and instruct lettings valuations
  • Anticipate and adapt to business needs
  • Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships
  • Manage escalation with tenants and landlords
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Manager or Senior Negotiator within Lettings
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills and excellent knowledge of lettings legislation
  • Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
