Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optical Team Lead to join our team at Network Group Holdings. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small team in our optical practice, motivating staff to increase sales, conducting staff training, and handling administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of optical professionals
  • Motivate staff to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
  • Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping and reporting
  • Dispense optical products to customers
  • Run a hearing clinic, providing professional services to clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to inform business decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards
About the Role

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive excellent benefits, including a bonus scheme and opportunities for career development.
