At Care UK, we are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader.
The Role
- Leading and supervising your shift, ensuring the well-being of our residents is at the forefront of every decision.
- Case managing residents, liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to create tailored care plans that meet their unique needs.
We offer a competitive salary of around £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care services.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care plans and ensure effective communication.
- Managing conflict or challenging situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in a care environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
