About the Role

We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and we need an experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our care team. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising your shift, case managing residents, administering medication, conducting risk assessments, and working closely with our leadership team to develop services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for residents
  • Administer medication and record treatment plans
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure resident safety
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of care planning processes, be able to administer medication, and have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a senior care management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
