About the Role:
The Home Manager will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards through continuous monitoring and practical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team to provide outstanding, personalised care to residents.
- Ensure the home is compliant with legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.
- Develop and implement effective operational and financial strategies to ensure the home's success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar setting.
- Good leadership qualities, a hands-on approach to care, and a forward-thinking approach.
- Knowledge of the care standards legislation, including Fundamental Standards.
- Will to complete or undertake an NVQ/Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management.
