Role Summary

We are looking for a Retail Performance Coach to join our team in the South East region. This is an excellent opportunity to drive sales and product awareness across assigned B&Q stores.

About the Job

As a Territory Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and representing the brand and product strengths to B&Q store teams and consumers. You will also be required to conduct product knowledge training sessions and identify opportunities in service/upselling and maximizing resource at store level.

Key Accountabilities
  • Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management, and other customer contacts.
  • Conduct product knowledge training sessions for all B&Q Store teams, including features, benefits, and selling skills.
  • Continually promote and represent the brand and product strengths to B&Q store teams and consumers.
  • Identify opportunities in service/upselling and maximizing resource at store level with solutions.
  • Maintain store signage, merchandising displays, colour chip, and colour card stock.
