About the Job:

This is a full-time role where you will provide direct day-to-day leadership to a team consisting of a Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.

You will coach the team to grow and develop while promoting the supported living service in line with the company's vision, business aims and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct day-to-day leadership to a team consisting of a Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.

Requirements:

Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs.

Able to work flexibly as this role will include some shift work, weekends and evenings when required.

Qualified to Level 5 Diploma/NVQ Health & Social Care/Management or equivalent (or prepared to work towards).
