Job Title: Paediatric Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Lead to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of carers and creating personalised care plans for children in North London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Managing a multidisciplinary team of carers and healthcare professionals.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to carers.

Requirements:
  • A RSCN qualification is essential.
  • You must have a supportive management style and experience working with tracheostomy care and ventilators.
  • Advanced communication skills are required to work effectively with families and carers.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
