Job Description: Lead Nurse in Paediatric Care

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse in Paediatric Care. This role is based in the North East London / Essex area and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to paediatric patients and their families. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to paediatric patients and their families
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Post-registration qualification in Paediatric Care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
