Job Opportunity:
Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Children's Nurse (Band 6) to join their team at a leading children's hospice in Finchley, North London. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seriously unwell children and their families.

About the Role:
As a Lead Paediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to children and young people with complex needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes

Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a paediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
