Leaders In Care Recruitment invites applications from experienced Paediatric Nurse Managers to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in paediatric nursing will enable you to design and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Care Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to children and their families, utilising your advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a core team of carers, promoting effective communication and teamwork within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Client Needs: Assess and address the specific needs of each child, developing and implementing personalised care plans that cater to their requirements.
Essential Requirements:
To succeed as a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will need to possess:
  • RSCN qualification with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to effectively liaise with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Suitability for Band 5 /Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
Compensation Package: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + comprehensive benefits package.
