The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead for our paediatric physiotherapy team. The successful candidate will lead the acute respiratory, post-surgical, liver, trauma, and orthopaedics teams, ensuring effective patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of paediatric physiotherapy services, responding to growing clinical landscapes and advanced care options.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the inpatient acute paediatric physiotherapy team and students.
  • Manage the operational oversight of overnight and weekend emergency respiratory physiotherapy services.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in paediatric physiotherapy, with expertise in managing acute respiratory conditions, medical respiratory conditions, and orthopaedic problems.
  • Experience in clinical leadership and service development within paediatric physiotherapy services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other therapy teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
