Paediatric MSK Physiotherapy Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist - Paediatric Musculoskeletal Services within Central London Community Health Care NHS Trust (CLCH). As a clinical lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to children with MSK, Rheumatological, and Orthopaedic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to children aged 4-16/18 with MSK, Rheumatological, and Orthopaedic conditions.
- Lead a team of physiotherapists in the provision and ongoing development of these services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and social services, to plan and deliver services to this specific client group.
- Manage clinical risk, screening for red flags, and referring to other health agencies as necessary.
Person Specification:
- BSc Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- Evidence of continuous professional and personal development.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Significant experience in MSK and related fields.
- Supervision & training of junior staff & students.
Salary: £43,857 - £64,309 per annum.
