About the Position:

This 12-week, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with medical, frailty, and respiratory conditions. As an Inpatient Physiotherapist Specialist, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective rehabilitation programs, promoting optimal mobility, strength, and function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead physiotherapy services to support patients with complex medical and frailty conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote positive outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in physiotherapy, particularly in relation to medical and frailty conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Valid HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience in inpatient physiotherapy, preferably in medical or frailty-related areas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in respiratory conditions and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
Estimated Salary:

£21 - £23 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in providing expert physiotherapy services to patients.
