About the Role:
As a Railway Safety Expert at Electus Recruitment Careers, you will lead the process of undertaking system safety hazard identification and risk assessments. You will identify safety measures and evidence of implementation, as well as associated management plans and reports. This role requires a deep understanding of safety within the rail industry and an appreciation of the systems engineering lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a joint venture that brings together a combination of tried, tested, and successful partnerships, world-wide high-speed rail and civil experience, and extensive national and regional knowledge. This is a small team-based role, ensuring all teams undertake System Safety activities in line with HS2 statutory obligations under the Railway and Other Guided Systems Regulations (ROGS), the Common Safety Method on Risk Evaluation and Assessment (CSM-RA), and National Technical Specifications Notices (NTSNs). The salary for this position is approximately ▢45,000 - ▢55,000 per annum.
