Railway Site Safety Manager

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Controller of Site Safety (COSS) and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our workforce and operations.
About the Job:
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in setting up and implementing safe systems of work, as well as supporting and managing the operational railway.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant safety qualifications, including PTS, Site Warden/Lookout, COSS, and IWA.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or industry.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £65,000-£85,000 per annum, along with other benefits.
