About the Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent training.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant safety designations are an asset.
- Strong knowledge of modern railway projects, including components and systems.
- Expertise in applying safety standards, creating hazard logs, and performing risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
