Job Overview

Matchtech is a leading global recruitment agency, providing expert services to clients across various industries. We are currently working with a key client to recruit experienced ISA Consultants for senior and principal level positions to support railway projects worldwide.

Our client has secured significant contracts in multiple countries and is looking for skilled engineers who can contribute to high-profile railway projects in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing ISA/Safety Engineering strategies
  2. Leading the delegation of works on complex projects
  3. Managing teams of lower-level assessors
  4. Creating improvement plans and driving results

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 10+ years of experience in ISA, Safety or RAMS Engineering, as well as strong railways/mass transit expertise. The ideal candidate will also have the ability and willingness to relocate for this opportunity.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
