This role will suit someone with previous experience in Managed Service Sales, who is passionate about sales and business development, and is driven to exceed targets.
Purpose of the Role:
The Business Development Manager will lead and grow sales, revenue, and profit for the company, focusing initially on 'New Business Development' with the aim of evolving to 'Account Management' responsibilities once short and medium-term targets have been met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Deliver an agreed number of prospecting activities to win new business
- Proactively manage key accounts to deliver annual growth targets
- Align with marketing initiatives to support conversion rates
- Administer the company CRM to ensure the department is aligned
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and business development
- Motivated to work independently to sales targets
