Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at WESCO International, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion through the identification and development of new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating effective business plans to generate revenue, increase product lines, expand into new markets, and improve customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to expand business and increase profitability.
- Retail existing company relationships, product lines or market segments, and solicit new business from prospective customers and suppliers.
- Oversee development and research activities to build on the Company's strengths, identify potential new markets and business opportunities, and increase market share.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, sales, and negotiation.
- Strong business analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to spot new business opportunities and quickly evaluate them.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data, statements, and projections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. The actual salary may vary depending on individual circumstances.
