At World Duty Free, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gatwick Airport. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport with customers, and providing them with an enjoyable journey. You will work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized world-class service experiences for every customer
  • Maximizing sales opportunities using world-class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
