Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and thank customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have had a positive experience with us.
  • Provide exceptional service at all times, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
  • Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills.
  • Process deliveries and help get new stock onto the shop floor.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back of house.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure GDPR procedures are followed at all times.

  • Experience in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
