Technical Program Manager Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure and security projects at Intec Select in London. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive programme success.

Salary:

£100K Basic Salary (including discretionary bonus)

Job Description:

In this position, you will collaborate with engineering, security, product, and operations teams to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale programmes that support our strategic objectives. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead intricate, cross-functional projects focused on improving the scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and reliability of our infrastructure
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and business teams to define programme objectives, timelines, and success metrics
  • Monitor programme performance and progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, infrastructure, security, big data and analytics, or cloud networking
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar), networking, and security principles
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
