About Our Cloud Computing Education Program

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program manager to join our AWS Tech U team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a training role, preferably technical training for software development engineering.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a global, world-class multi-level AWS software development engineer education program to address the demand for skilled technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive education program strategy to meet the needs of our learners.
  • Collaborate with the Tech U team to review and refine training content, lesson plans, and coding challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS developer services and generative AI developments to maintain subject matter expertise.
  • Foster a strong sense of community among learners by encouraging collaboration, providing encouragement, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Several years of experience in a training role, preferably technical training for software development engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of various programming languages and associated tools (Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS).
  • Advanced knowledge of various software development concepts (object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, application security, building applications at scale, API development, Coding Pipelines, and CI/CD).
