POS Software Installation Coordinator

The Henderson Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced POS Software Installation Coordinator to join their team. As a POS Software Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation and implementation of EDGEPoS systems in new and existing stores.
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting field-based surveys to gather data and insights on store operations and customer needs
- Documenting and reporting findings to inform system installations and support strategies
- Installing and configuring EDGEPoS point-of-sale systems in new and existing stores
- Liaising with external contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion
- Collaborating with internal departments to align on project goals and deliverables
A successful candidate will have experience working with Windows Operating Systems, networks, and network configuration, as well as a current clean UK/EU driving license.
This is a full-time position requiring 36.5 hours per week, with flexibility necessary for occasional work outside standard hours. The role includes travel to mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a contributory pension scheme, healthcare, life assurance, employee assistance programme, social club, and Perks Offers/Discount scheme throughout UK/Ireland.
