Field Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Lead to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales or account management
- Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform sales decisions
