Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus an OTE of £65,000.

Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. This includes hosting online meetings to review progress towards desired outcomes, identifying and resolving issues, and contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building & maintaining strong client relationships
  • Hosting online meetings with various stakeholders
  • Identifying, qualifying, and providing support for issue resolution
  • Contributing to revenue growth through upselling/uplifting client contracts
  • Negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with Director-level individuals
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
