Senior Business Development Executive

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus an OTE of £65,000.
Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. This includes hosting online meetings to review progress towards desired outcomes, identifying and resolving issues, and contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting client contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building & maintaining strong client relationships
- Hosting online meetings with various stakeholders
- Identifying, qualifying, and providing support for issue resolution
- Contributing to revenue growth through upselling/uplifting client contracts
- Negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/Account Management or Customer Success role
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with Director-level individuals
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
