Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Two years of supervised experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping others and a positive, can-do attitude.
