Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Behavioral Health Clinician to work in our Emergency Department at Care New England Health System.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000, based on experience.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to patients, including triage, assessment, intervention, and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess patients' behavioral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  3. Document all interactions and interventions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Qualifications:

  1. Licensed as an LICSW or eligible for licensure.
  2. Experience working in behavioral health, preferably in a hospital environment.
