R&D Engineer - GaN Power Devices

At Cambridge GaN Devices, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of energy-efficient GaN-based power devices. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior/Principal Power Device R&D Engineer to join our team and take on the challenge of developing and leading projects of the newest GaN power devices and ICs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor device development, project management, and multidisciplinary leadership. With a Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science subject, they will possess a deep understanding of the critical path of projects from a technical perspective. They will work closely with our experts in Analog IC Design, Reliability, Power Device Design, Testing, and Operations to ensure best-in-class R&D execution.

A competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered to attract the best talent in the field.
