Senior Manager Device Characterisation

We are looking for a highly skilled Compact Model Development Expert to join our Technology Platform team at Pragmatic Semiconductor. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of characterisation plans, creating and maintaining compact model libraries, and interfacing with R&D, Operations and Test Development teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Significant experience in a device level characterisation or compact model development role
- Demonstrable high quality of written and oral documentation
- Semiconductor device physics knowledge
- Compact Model development cycle understanding
