Senior MEMS R&D Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior MEMS R&D Specialist to join our team at IC Resources. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing new MEMS devices, as well as knowledge of wafer process development, device characterisation, packaging, and semiconductor materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing novel MEMS devices
- Contributing to MEMS wafer process requirements
- Modelling and simulation
- Participating in project planning activities
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in MEMS device development
- Knowledge of wafer process development, device characterisation, packaging, and semiconductor materials
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Science subject. Post graduate degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation Package:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
