About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior R&D Project Manager (Automotive) to join our growing engineering team. As a key member of the project management function, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of internal product and technology development projects and possibly public-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead several automotive product development projects, technology projects, and public-funded projects. They will also be responsible for supporting the project management team, improving project management procedures, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects meet quality metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, provide guidance and support, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Effectively communicate project status, goals, and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Masters' degree in engineering or science, previous experience working in a similar role, and expertise in automotive semiconductor or power electronics development.
