Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Hatched Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating and closing deals, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Main Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Handle sales issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain sales excellence

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of remote working sales experience
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
- Experience with modern sales techniques, lead generation, and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work in a partnership-oriented environment

What We Offer:
- Basic salary of up to £30,000 DOE
- Uncapped commission structure based on 10% of gross profit on sales
- Opportunity to earn commission on ongoing monthly repeat orders from established customers
