At Jacob Rose Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team on a permanent basis.

This full-time office-based role requires someone who can build and maintain working relationships by proactively developing a host of new accounts and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to develop the portfolio of accounts, and will have excellent commercial thinking in order to effectively capitalise on profitable opportunities.

With the fast-paced nature of this role, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own intuition, and as part of a team, in order to contribute to the overall goals of the business.

Success will be rewarded through the company's individual uncapped commission scheme as well as through collective team targets and incentives.

Whilst previous experience in a Business Development/Sales position would be beneficial to the applicant, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

This role will appeal to anyone with a genuine desire to further develop business skills and industry knowledge, in a fast-moving and commercially interesting environment.
