About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Clinic team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering therapy according to evidence-based guidelines, with a range of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR. You will also be able to work autonomously within community-based settings, as well as collaboratively with other teams and professionals.
We are looking for a clinician who is able to demonstrate experience in managing risk concerns in a patient-centred and effective manner, and who is confident in their ability to gather, interpret, and analyse data to ensure treatment is being delivered effectively.
The role will suit an experienced Qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist who is looking for a role in an outpatient clinic or is qualified in DBT. You will report to the Principal Psychologist and receive clinical supervision and mentoring from the Associate Director of Psychology.
