Job Description
As a Strategic Grocery Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact for Sainsburys and Waitrose, responsible for growing and nurturing relationships and having direct influence over their experience.
You will build relationships within key areas, including supply chain, finance, technical, innovation, and category planning.
The company operates a field-to-fork philosophy, prioritizing sustainability at every stage of production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in developing grocery sales and driving growth in major retailers.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including supply chain management and category planning.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry trends and best practices.
