Overview:
First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic Textiles business who are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Specialist on a permanent basis due to growth to cover the South of the UK
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in joining a dynamic team in the South of England. Our client have a wide spread of Charity partners, Local Authority and waste management partners from whom they purchase used clothing, shoes and household textiles. Working with key stakeholders, you’ll be driving the collaboration of the collection teams with the supplying partners to ensure the materials are presented by category, in a clean and dry state and helping to resolve questions that may arise. Enhancing the quality of materials through understanding the requirements directly influences textiles recovered for Re-use, driving the circular economy.
We envisage this role will evolve over time and flexibility in working close and away from home will be required.
Duties and responsibilities:
Planning your time across the south of the UK
Monitoring Quality with the collection teams at collection points
Building relationships through strong interpersonal skills with collection teams
Building and sharing market intelligence with senior management
Involved in project work with key business and customer stakeholders
Health & Safety of yourself, colleagues and key stakeholders
Qualifications and experience:
Proven experience in a client focussed position
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Full UK Drivers License
