About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in program / portfolio management in the L&D space. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our R&D Learning portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning content that drives behavior change and improves performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of learning solutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation in learning design and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education) in HR, Learning and Development, or Business.
  • Minimum three years of experience in program / portfolio management in the L&D space.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to diagnose complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexible in dealing with ambiguity and changing business requirements.
