Customer Success Strategist, Enterprise

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Writer. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with Fortune 50-100 accounts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in CSM roles and a proven track record of delivering high-touch service to large, key accounts.

Job Description:
  • Meticulously project manage programs that drive adoption, business value, and renew usage of Writer.
  • Be accountable to Gross and Net dollar retention rate targets for your customers.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales to introduce opportunities for revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including C-Level.
  • Knowledge of editorial processes or working with Content Marketing, Technical Writing, or UX teams is a real plus.
