Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Quality Analyst to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our quality standards are met across all our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the quality of customer interactions through various channels.
  • Provide support and guidance to Customer Contact Agents as needed.
  • Offer objective feedback on work quality and support improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing improved systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with performance coaches to ensure relevant and up-to-date training is delivered.
  • Identify functional gaps and develop ways to enhance service delivery.
  • Support performance management procedures.
Requirements:
  • Highly analytical approach.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Previous coaching and feedback experience.
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
