Project Planning Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop, oversee, and report on scheduling aspects for assigned projects within a diverse portfolio.
  • Create and maintain a cost and resource-loaded baseline plan in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Incorporate project budgetary figures and resources into the plan to establish expenditure timelines and overall project budget.
  • Establish comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures and Project Control Systems aligned with project scope.
  • Maintain project baselines in compliance with company guidelines, addressing schedule and cost discrepancies as necessary.
  • Lead the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies within the project.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Project Controls team to ensure financial alignment with the Project Plan.
Qualifications:
  • Experience or understanding of Earned Value Analysis and Primavera P6.
  • Proven ability to develop cost and resource-loaded plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with 4, 8, and 12-week look-ahead planning.
