We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Flex. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting major high street stores, completing tasks such as merchandising, audits, and placing of point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by negotiating additional displays and promoting products to customers
  • Build rapport with colleagues and customers while in store
  • Use a phone or tablet to report on our App and take quality photos and provide insightful feedback when required
  • Move stock when merchandising, which may involve some lifting at times
