About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that drives sales and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise and maintain store displays to meet visual merchandising guidelines
  • Coordinate the replenishment of display units and ensure that stock levels are maintained
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Monitor and report on sales trends and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store promotions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in retail management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
